Summer Diary: Anna Karenina & Other Distractions

One thing I can be proud of this summer is my reading. Though I have become so awful that I am reading for less than an hour daily, I have stayed somewhat focused on my goal to familiarize myself with some of the classics that everyone keeps talking about. I am on my third so far. Just finished Joyce’s Dubliners and I am finally reading Anna Karenina. It’s been a week already and I keep getting distracted by The New Yorker. Talking of which, have you read this very interesting article in their current magazine (Aug. 4th’s); “What is a Woman?” You should.

Have a blast!
